As you may be aware, the traditional retained executive search model (high-touch/low volume), hiring companies are “stuck” exclusively with one recruitment company for a set period and typically pay a large placement fee. With the contingency model (low-touch/high volume), companies have the freedom to use their internal talent acquisition resources (if they have them) while also using external recruitment agencies and only paying the agency a fee for an actual placement.

We charge a project-based fee which varies depending on the number of roles to be filled and the desired level of services performed, in addition to a recruitment bonus based on a percentage of the new hire’s salary.
