As a first-generation immigrant, woman-owned business, we recognize the power dynamics that talent management systems have historically sustained and perpetuated, and we work to disrupt that cycle. We use our experience and magic toolbox to facilitate better access to opportunity for members of marginalized communities. The result: your team is a more diverse, innovative, people feel welcome to bring their whole selves to work and want to stay.

Earlier in her career, Tsveta spent 8 years at the Council of International Educational Exchange in several roles where she led teams and managed programs aimed at enhancing global public diplomacy through intercultural and educational exchanges.
Tsveta holds a graduate degree in International Business, and is SHRM-SCP certified. She is a member of SHRM, NEHRA, PARWCC and the Boston Club. "In March 2022, the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation hired Tsveta Semova, owner of Talent Masters, to conduct a full-analysis and review of our grants and scholarship program management to make recommendations to improve our processes, implement new efficiencies and create a long-term strategy and it was the best decision we ever made!! She was an incredible asset to our team and over the course of 9 months, Tsveta provided us with exceptional consulting services that exceeded our expectations. She brought a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and a strategic approach to all of her work, which resulted in significant improvements across our Scholarships administration.
Because we had such a great experience working with her on our scholarships program, we expanded her scope of work to include supporting our search for a scholarship manager. A process that can often take months to find the right candidate was incredibly seamless thanks to her. As a result of her support and expertise, we were able to hire someone in less than two months. Tsveta's ability to understand our needs and provide practical solutions made her a valuable partner for me and the team."

"Like many companies coming out the pandemic, YWCA Greater Newburyport was facing a severe staffing shortage. In the past, hiring was a straight forward process to which we did not give much thought. But in today’s environment a new approach was needed.
We are a relatively small association with multiple programs covering many different fields of service. We did not know where to start to fix an obvious problem. The solution was Talent Masters. Tsveta Semova reviewed our employment hiring process and proposed an entire overhaul of our approach.
Ms. Semova demonstrated exceptional expertise in modernizing our job descriptions, ensuring they accurately represent the roles and responsibilities of each position while also reflecting our organization's values and culture.
The online job application system she developed has transformed our recruitment efforts, making it easier for candidates and reducing our administrative burden.
She forced us to re-evaluate the steps necessary to hire a new employee. Based on her extensive knowledge of hiring practices, we were able to streamline the hiring process.
Finally, she provided training to all our directors. This training helped them to see new ways to recruit, train and retain staff.
I’d like to express my appreciation for the outstanding work that Tsveta Semova from Talent Masters has done for YWCA Greater Newburyport during the fall of 2022. I can attest to the significant impact that the consulting project has had on our organization.
Executive Director, YWCA Greater Newburyport
I am deeply grateful for your time and investment in working with me for the position of Executive Director with XYZ Organization. I value your wisdom and guidance through this process. I was honestly not seeking to change employment at this time , yet I felt the pull of being able to support transformational change for the organization and the community.
With deep gratitude and respect,

"Tsveta has supported me through many career transitions and has provided thoughtful and professional guidance. Most recently Tsveta helped me update my resume, narrow in on my career goals, and assisted me with networking. I would recommend Tsveta if you need someone who understands the recruitment needs in both non-profit and for-profit business environments, someone who is a clear and honest communicator and who pushes you to think big and not settle for anything less than your fullest potential.
